Scaffold collapse blocks Nørrebrogade

A collapsed scaffold over 50 metres long is blocking Nørrebrogade near Nørrebro Station in Copenhagen, DR reports.

One person is in critical condition following the incident. Police and emergency services are on scene.

Rescue crews later deliberately toppled the remaining section of the scaffold that had not yet fallen. Authorities have stated they expect to remain at the site for several hours to secure the area.
