E6 closed after traffic accident with two critically injured

E6 in Sel municipality, Gudbrandsdalen, is closed following a serious traffic accident involving three cars, Dagbladet reports.

Two people are critically injured and will be airlifted to hospital by air ambulance, according to Rune Vegard Huse of Innlandet police district. Two others sustained minor injuries.

Police report major traffic disruptions at the scene. Traffic operator Annie Serup confirmed the closure and advised drivers to use national road 3 through Østerdalen as an alternative. She stated it is impossible to say how long the road will remain closed.
