UK police under investigation for misconduct after Nowak stabbing

Two officers involved in the arrest following the fatal stabbing of Henry Nowak are now under investigation for gross misconduct, according to the UK’s independent police conduct authority.

Nowak, 18, died after being stabbed in Southampton.
