Faroese government to close planning department at Landsverk

The Faroese government has decided to close the planning department at Landsverk, the national public works authority, as part of a restructuring of construction planning operations, according to a decision made at a recent cabinet meeting.
The move follows a review of the agency’s organizational setup, with the change set to take effect on 1 January 2027.
