Police watchdog probes Aarhus arrest after viral video

Denmark’s Independent Police Complaints Authority has opened an investigation into an arrest in western Aarhus after a video circulating on social media appears to show an officer kicking a man already lying on the ground in surrender, DR reports.

A few days later and a few kilometres away, a car chase ended in tragedy when a 20-year-old driver crashed into a house, killing an innocent 64-year-old woman.
