Danish high school students stunned by graduation costs

Four soon-to-graduate students at Rødovre Gymnasium tallied their expected expenses for graduation festivities—including caps, a decorated truck, clothes, and city trips—and quickly reached totals of 11,000 to 15,000 kroner each, Danish broadcaster DR reports.

Despite the sticker shock, the students agreed the spending was a worthwhile investment.
