One dead after car crashes into house in Tilst

One person died in the Aarhus district of Tilst on Tuesday evening after a car struck a detached house, Østjyllands Police confirmed Wednesday morning.

According to duty officer Morten Bang, a patrol car had pursued the vehicle at 23:48 before it hit the house, killing one of the residents.

The case is now under investigation by the Independent Police Complaints Authority (DUP), and police have declined to provide further details, including the reason for the pursuit, the circumstances of the incident, or information about those involved.
