Danish MP’s partner sentenced for drug possession with intent to sell

The partner of Danish lawmaker Cecilie Liv Hansen has been given a 30-day suspended prison sentence and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service for possessing drugs intended for resale, news agency Ritzau reports.

At Kolding District Court, the man admitted to holding 121 grams of hashish, 46 grams of skunk, and 15 bags of cannabis gummies on December 3 last year. He confirmed in court that the drugs were meant for distribution.
