Faroese restaurant PAZ retains both Michelin stars

Restaurant PAZ in Tórshavn has held on to its two Michelin stars for 2026, the guide announced on Tuesday, according to Faroese public broadcaster KVF.
Chef and owner Poul Andrias Ziska said the result was what he had expected. “Everything is going the right way, and we had hoped to keep both stars,” he told KVF.
The restaurant first earned its two-star rating last year.
