Four hunters get permission to shoot problem wolves near Oksbøl
Four people have been granted permission to shoot wolves displaying problem behaviour in the area around Oksbøl, Danish public broadcaster DR reports.
Eighteen individuals applied for the authorisation. The approved hunters must hold a valid hunting licence and may shoot a problem wolf only if it comes within 30 metres on land they own or lease. The hunter must be fully visible when firing, giving the wolf a chance to notice the human presence.
