Supermarket manager invites critics to come to him after online complaints

The manager of SuperBrugsen in Karup has invited dissatisfied customers to address him directly after twice in the past month the store was criticised in a local Facebook group for poor cleaning and empty shelves. Brugsuddeler Nicolai Groth responded by posting on Facebook himself, according to Danish broadcaster DR. The manager said he had grown tired of customers speaking badly about the store or its employees in the online forum. The posts in the Karup city group prompted Groth to urge critics to bring their concerns to him instead.
