Danish men eat more fatty meat than recommended, study shows
Danes consume more meat than official dietary guidelines recommend, with fatty meat being particularly popular among men, according to a new study from the Technical University of Denmark’s National Food Institute (DTU Fødevareinstitut). The findings, reported by DR, indicate that men especially tend to choose higher-fat cuts. The study’s results did not, however, change the eating habits of several men interviewed at a Bilka supermarket in Holstebro.
