Motorcyclist dies in traffic accident in Hyvinkää

A motorcyclist has died in a traffic accident in Hyvinkää, southern Finland, according to a report by Finnish public broadcaster Yle.

The rider lost control and crashed on Palkkisillantie road in the evening, police stated. Emergency services were alerted to the incident at around 7 p.m. local time.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
