The Faroese government is searching for two new members to join the country’s innovation committee, Nýskipanarnevndin, after two resignations, national broadcaster Kringvarp Føroya reports.

Former chair Ben Arabo and Súni Selfoss, chair of the workers’ association Starvsfelagnum, have both stepped down from the committee. Prime Minister Beinir Johannesen confirmed that the committee will continue its work, with plans to restore full membership by June.

The remaining members are Marita Rasmussen, Heri á Rógvi, Hjørdis Gaard Lailudóttir, and Óluva Klettskarð. The committee has been inactive since the last parliamentary election.
