Klaksvík municipality offers 22 undeveloped plots for sale
The municipality of Klaksvík in the Faroe Islands has announced the sale of 22 undeveloped land plots, with prices ranging from 186,320 to 486,450 Danish kroner, Kringvarp Føroya reports.
The plots are located in four areas: ten between Hjalla, ten at Fossum, one below Horn, and one under Klakki. The largest plot measures 514 square metres, while the smallest is 399 square metres.
Unplanned plots are priced between 186,320 and 210,140 kroner, while the ten planned plots at Fossum range from 458,850 to 486,450 kroner.
The municipality regularly announces available plots for sale each month.
