Health centre in Vágur to be expanded
The health centre in Vágur will undergo expansion after the local council unanimously approved the project, reports Faroese broadcaster Kringvarp Føroya.
The facility is jointly owned by the municipalities of Hov, Porkeri, Sumba, and Vágur, all of which have allocated funds for the development. Preliminary funding has already been set aside for planning.
Last year, several improvements were made to the centre. The municipalities have stated their intention to continue this work.
