Danish Researcher of the Year to be crowned at 2026 science competition

The winner of Forskerfesten 2026 (Researcher Festival 2026), Denmark’s annual science communication contest, will be revealed in a broadcast on national broadcaster DR, the organisation announced.

Five researchers will compete to present their PhD projects to a panel of judges, showcasing groundbreaking Danish research. The winner will be unveiled at the end of the programme, available to stream on DRTV.
