Danish man pressured into costly contract by aggressive phone sales tactics

A Danish man claims he was misled into signing an expensive contract with the web design company Web-koncept after persistent phone sales calls, according to a report by public broadcaster DR.

Henning Røgen says he was persuaded into an agreement with the firm, which builds websites for thousands of Danish businesses. The contract has cost him thousands of Danish kroner.

In a confrontation with DR journalist Jacob Kragelund, Group Online—the parent company that now owns Web-koncept—stated that its sales methods have changed since acquiring the business.
