Train services east of Odense remain severely disrupted after an overhead power line failure, with delays and cancellations expected to continue into Wednesday, reports Danish broadcaster DR.

While some trains on Zealand have resumed limited operation, the incident has caused widespread frustration among passengers. At Copenhagen Central Station, traveller Helle Henriksen described her reaction on Tuesday evening, saying, “Now I wonโ€™t get too worked up,” acknowledging the futility of anger in the face of ongoing disruptions.

The failure affects Banedanmark-operated routes, with no immediate timeline for full restoration of service.
