Blå Band bearnaise sauce recalled over undeclared allergens

Europe Foods Sweden, the distributor of the Blå Band brand, has issued a recall for its Blå Band Bearnaise Classic Sauce due to potential undeclared allergens, reports SVT Nyheter.

The product may contain gluten and celery, which are not listed on the label. The recall applies specifically to batch number PK58437 with a best-before date of 21 January 2028.

According to the supplier, an incorrect mixture was accidentally packaged as the finished product, leading to the possible presence of the allergens.
