Faroese students take part in mock referendum at Democracy Festival

A mock referendum at the Democracy Festival in Tórshavn has given Faroese students the chance to experience political participation firsthand, reports Faroese national broadcaster Kringvarp Føroya.

During the event at the Norðurlandahús (Nordic House), students tried their hand at voting and advocating for their views, mirroring the processes used by adults in real elections. The initiative aims to engage younger generations in democratic practices.
