Dennis Holm receives feedback on fishing quotas cooperation with Russia for 2025

Dennis Holm, the Minister for Fisheries, received initial feedback from the Foreign Affairs Committee regarding cooperation with Russia on fishing quotas for 2025. This information was shared by Bjarni Hammer, chair of the committee, following a consultation that concluded around midday.

Yesterday, the committee held discussions with Holm, and earlier today, Aksel V. Johannesen, the Prime Minister, along with Holm and Høgni Hoydal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, attended a meeting with the committee.

Hammer indicated that the committee would now compile the insights gathered from the discussions held yesterday and today. He confirmed that the Minister of Fisheries would receive formal answers from the committee by the end of the day.
