The government has requested an additional one million kroner from the parliament for child protection services.
The expenditure is neutral; this means there will be no additional costs, as the funds will be reallocated from another account within the child protection system.
The reason for the request at this time is to gain approval for a pilot program in collaboration with municipalities aimed at enhancing family services.
The approval will also facilitate the initiation of a new treatment offer.
