Three detained on suspicion of murder in Akalla, Stockholm

Three individuals have been detained on suspicion of murder following the shooting death of a woman in her sixties in Akalla, a suburb of northern Stockholm, in October. On October 22, police were called to a residential building in Akalla, where they discovered the woman deceased with gunshot wounds. Reports indicate that the victim was the mother of a well-known figure in gang-related crime. The three suspects were remanded in custody by a court in Solna on Sunday. Prosecutor Alexandra Brittner confirmed that all three are being held under suspicion of murder.
