Powerful wind expected to impact northern and eastern Sweden
Today, a powerful southwest wind or storm is expected to impact the northern and eastern regions of the country, with warnings in effect for these areas into the afternoon. Meanwhile, the southwestern and western parts will experience relatively calmer winds. Skies will be partly bright with occasional showers in the west, and temperatures are expected to range from 3 to 7 degrees Celsius.
Later this evening, a weather front will approach the country, bringing increased cloud cover and rain to the southern and western regions. Tomorrow, a stronger southwest wind will develop, accompanied by rain or showers, while the northeastern areas are likely to remain dry for the most part. Temperatures are forecasted to rise to between 8 and 14 degrees Celsius.
