Current listing prices for detached and terraced houses in large parts of Denmark are not negatively affected by the increased number of homes available for sale compared to a year ago, according to October data. The average price for a 140-square-meter house is nearly 2.9 million Danish kroner, which is about 76,000 kroner higher than in October of the previous year.
By the end of October, there were 33,375 detached and terraced houses on the market in Denmark, an increase of 2,625 homes compared to the same period last year. Despite the rise in available inventory, the market appears resilient, with prices exhibiting an upward trend.
