On Saturday night, the police stopped a car on Särmääjänkatu in Kemi to assess the driver’s fitness to drive. The driver, a man from out of town, tested negative for alcohol but a drug test revealed the use of amphetamines. Additionally, he did not possess a valid driver’s license.
