Four applications received for management position at National Museum of the Faroe Islands

Four applications have been submitted for the management position at the National Museum of the Faroe Islands (Tjóðsavnið).

The position has been advertised as open following the five-year term of Herleif Hammer, who was appointed on August 1, 2017.

Unlike previous instances, this position will not have a fixed five-year term.

The new appointment is set to begin on January 1, 2025.
