Mogens Amdi Petersen, the founder of the Tvind organization, will not have the detention order against him lifted after 18 years of being on the run. This was confirmed by a ruling from the Vestre Landsret. Petersen, along with three other members of Tvind’s leadership, had sought to have the detention demand revoked, but the court denied their request.
Further updates are expected.
