North Korea conducts intercontinental ballistic missile test as South Korea monitors situation

North Korea has conducted a test launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile, according to the South Korean military, shortly before midnight on Thursday.

In a separate incident, a Russian attack on a nine-story apartment building in Kharkiv resulted in the death of a child and injuries to at least 30 others. Mayor Ihor Terechov reported the incident on Telegram.

Additionally, police in Norrköping are investigating a violent crime that prompted a significant response. Emergency services arrived at the scene at 7:25 PM. Officer Oscar Öster, who is in charge of the operation, indicated that the police are present to investigate the violence. Authorities are knocking on doors and interviewing residents in the area, but have not provided further comments about the situation at this time.
