Sjálvstýri to hold inaugural meeting for South Streymoy branch in Faroe Islands

Sjálvstýri, a political party in the Faroe Islands, will hold an inaugural general meeting for the South Streymoy branch on November 4.

Sámal Petur í Grund, the party chairman, announced, “Everyone who is registered as a resident of South Streymoy and is not excluded from the party is welcome to register as a member.”

Additionally, on January 6, the party will hold a special national meeting in Lamba. This gathering will address the national committee’s decision regarding the expulsion of four members from the party.

The question remains: are these individuals not welcome?
