After a lackluster and uneventful match in Nordmøre, both teams must remain focused as the season enters its final stretch. KBK and Godset, who were neighbors in the standings, held five and six points, respectively, above the relegation zone prior to Sunday’s games. However, it won’t take much for them to find themselves in danger.

Godset will face Fredrikstad, Rosenborg, KFUM Oslo, Tromsø, and Molde before the season wraps up, while KBK’s upcoming matches include HamKam, FFK, Viking, KFUM, and RBK.

“It’s a lackluster offensive display. It’s possibly the dullest half I’ve played. We need a more exciting second half, I believe,” said KBK’s Ruben Alte during halftime to TV 2.

Unfortunately for the supporters in attendance, the second half did not bring much more joy. Herman Stengel came closest to scoring, hitting the crossbar with a free kick towards the end, but the match concluded in a 0–0 draw.

Kristiansund, who donned pink jerseys for the occasion, entered the match with two wins, two losses, and one draw in their last five games. Godset’s form was slightly weaker, recording two losses, two draws, and one win.

With 25 matches played, Strømsgodset currently sits in 11th place in the league standings, holding 29 points.
