Chefs showcase Arctic cuisine in final competition at Harpa in the Faroe Islands

Chefs are set to showcase their culinary skills by preparing dishes that highlight the rich and sustainable ingredients of Arctic cuisine.

Sebastian Jiménes Garcia, the head chef at the restaurant Ræst, is representing the Faroe Islands in the final competition.

Sigrún Brend was present in Harpa before the final commenced, where she spoke with Jógvan Winther Poulsen, Sebastian’s assistant chef, shortly before the event began in the early afternoon.
