Psychiatric Department at National Hospital implements new measures to reduce ADHD assessment waiting list in Norway

Since October 1, the Psychiatric Department at the National Hospital has been actively working to reduce the waiting list for ADHD assessments. Patients are being evaluated outside of regular working hours, and the assessments are being conducted by former staff members.

Approximately 80 individuals are expected to be assessed for ADHD through this initiative. Currently, more than 300 people remain on the waiting list for their evaluations.
