Yesterday, a car ended up in a ditch on the road between Áargeil and Gundadalsveg in Tórshavn after crashing through a fence. Fortunately, no one was injured; however, there are suspicions of driving under the influence, and a blood test was conducted on the driver.

Later last night, a traffic accident occurred at the traffic lights on Bøkjarabrekku in Tórshavn, where one vehicle collided with another. One of the cars was immobilized and had to be removed by the fire department. The driver of the second vehicle is likely to face charges for failing to adhere to traffic regulations.

Additionally, in Skálafjørður early this morning, a car crashed into a vehicle barrier. The car suffered significant damage, and parts of the barrier were dislodged. There were no injuries reported in this incident either, according to the police duty officer this morning.
