Two tons of waste collected in “Rudda Føroyar” clean-up initiative in Faroe Islands

Two tons of waste have been registered so far as part of the “Rudda Føroyar” clean-up initiative.
However, this year has seen challenges in coordinating volunteers for the event, according to Annika Arnsteinsdóttir, the main coordinator of “Rudda Føroyar.”
Last year, about 800 residents of the Faroe Islands participated in the clean-up, managing to collect 30 tons of litter.
