Man arrested for homicide in Tikkurila, Vantaa

A man suspected of committing a homicide in Tikkurila, Vantaa over the weekend has been taken into custody on probable cause for manslaughter, according to the Eastern Uusimaa District Court. Police received a call to a private residence in Tikkurila, where they discovered the victim deceased. The individual was found by an outsider, and clear signs of violence were evident on the body.

Authorities apprehended the suspect in Helsinki. The lead investigator, Sanna Rentola, previously stated that the suspect is someone well-known to the victim. Both the victim and the arrested man are adults aged between 40 and 50.
