Israel’s intelligence agency, Mossad, has previously identified Rawa Majid and the Foxtrot network in connection with actions reportedly commissioned by Iran. Allegations include a grenade being thrown into the Israeli embassy compound in Stockholm. Swedish criminal gangs are reportedly linked to Iran.

Two young Swedes have been detained for their involvement in explosions that occurred near the Israeli embassy in Copenhagen on Tuesday night. Reports suggest these acts were carried out on behalf of the Foxtrot network. Additionally, one of the suspects is implicated in a shooting incident targeting the Israeli embassy in Stockholm. Authorities express concern that the detained individuals may possess evidence connecting them to members of the Foxtrot network.

Copenhagen police are investigating whether the explosions could constitute a terrorist act. Experts believe the main concern may not solely rest with Danish and Swedish law enforcement but also with Israeli intelligence, especially given what they have observed about the capabilities of such networks.

Sweden’s security service, Säpo, has previously acknowledged that Iran collaborates with Swedish gang criminals to execute assignments, without specifying individual actors involved. The incidents in both Stockholm and Copenhagen underline the complexities of international crime that intersect with geopolitical tensions.
