Israel conducts precision strike in Beirut, Lebanon, resulting in fatalities as violence escalates in Stockholm

The Israeli military has carried out a “precision strike” in the central areas of Beirut, Lebanon, resulting in at least six fatalities and eleven injuries, according to the Lebanese health department. The attack was reported late Wednesday.

In a separate incident in Stockholm, multiple police units were deployed in response to a series of shootings occurring within a span of twenty minutes. Authorities confirmed that they are searching for one or more suspects involved in a serious crime. Police spokesperson Daniel Wikdahl stated the operation is focused on locating the individuals connected to the incident.

Additionally, an explosion occurred in Tensta, Stockholm, where several police and emergency service personnel responded after a hand grenade detonated at the entrance of a residential building. Fire service operator Lena Hoffman confirmed that a hand grenade had exploded, prompting a significant emergency response in the area.
