Fire trucks dispatched to Glasir in Tórshavn for false alarm

Several fire trucks from the Tórshavn Fire Department were dispatched around six o’clock to Glasir, as the fire alarm system had been triggered.

However, shortly after their arrival, it was determined that there was no fire; the alarm had been set off by steam from a dishwasher, according to the team leader of the Tórshavn Fire Department.
