Search underway for missing 74-year-old man from Nurmijärvi, may be traveling by bicycle

Police are searching for a 74-year-old man who has disappeared from Röykkä, Nurmijärvi. The man was reported missing between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. He is likely on the move with his Insera-branded bicycle, without a helmet, and may have already cycled far from Röykkä.

The 74-year-old man is approximately 170 cm tall, walks hunched over, and has dark grey hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue top and dark pants.

Throughout the day, the Eastern Uusimaa Police have carried out searches in the areas of Röykkä and Nurmijärvi. Any possible sightings or information about the man should be reported to the emergency number 112.
