Power outage affects Hafnarfjörður and Álftanes as HS Veitur investigates source

Part of Hafnarfjörður and Álftanes is currently experiencing a power outage. HS Veitur has announced on their Facebook page that efforts are underway to locate the source of the issue. Rún Ingvarsdóttir, a spokesperson for the utility company, clarified that the disruption is within the HS Veitur network, not attributed to Veitur.
