Hreyfill allows drivers to work for other services after agreement with Competition Authority in Iceland

Taxi company Hreyfill will not prohibit its drivers from working for other taxi services. The company reached an agreement with the Competition Authority regarding this matter. Earlier this year, the Authority initiated an investigation into Hreyfill following a complaint from another company, Hopp. The Authority assessed that the restrictions imposed by Hreyfill on its drivers likely constituted illegal competitive barriers.
