Serious traffic accident in West Vantaa involving passenger car and truck

A serious traffic accident occurred in West Vantaa involving a passenger car and a truck, according to police reports. The incident took place on Tikkurilantie at approximately 12:43 PM. For reasons yet to be determined, the passenger vehicle veered into the oncoming lane and collided with the front of the truck.

When emergency services arrived at the scene, the driver of the passenger car was trapped inside the vehicle. First aid was administered to the injured individual on site.

Traffic is currently halted on Tikkurilantie between the Riipiläntie intersection and Katriinantie. The case has been handed over to the police for investigation.
