Missing girl found safe in Turenki after extensive search near Riihimäki

A girl who went missing in Riihimäki on Saturday night has been found safe and well, according to the Häme Police Department. She was located in Turenki, approximately 25 kilometers from where she was reported missing in Riihimäki.

The search efforts involved authorities and volunteers in areas including Riihimäki, Janakkala, Hausjärvi, and Loppi. Helicopters were also deployed in the search operations. Police received numerous tips from the public, which aided in locating the girl.

Authorities indicated that the missing girl was in an acute state of danger regarding her life and health during the search.
