Body found in sea near Lauttasaari Bridge identified as man born in 1987, no foul play suspected

Police have identified the body found in the sea on July 1. The deceased was discovered south of the Lauttasaari Bridge. A bystander made the discovery and reported it to emergency services. According to the Helsinki police, the deceased is a man born in 1987. His identity was confirmed after a missing person report was filed following the discovery of the body. The police do not suspect any criminal activity in relation to this case.
