Blue Lagoon share offering opens on Tuesday

The Blue Lagoon’s share offering will open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10, and run until Friday, November 13, mbl.is reports.

The results are expected to be announced by November 16 at the latest. Applications in allocation book A must be between ISK 100,000 and ISK 20 million, while applications in book B must exceed ISK 20 million, according to the announcement.

The company’s shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Iceland Main Market on November 20.

Blue Lagoon hf. will hold a public information meeting at Harpa on November 10 in connection with the offering. The meeting will also be streamed online.
