Oslo police have confirmed that Nora Haukland has been summoned for questioning. Haukland, a former girlfriend of Marius Borg Høiby and a well-known influencer, has made allegations of violence against him on social media following his comments to a news outlet regarding the charges he faces.
The police expressed their intent to speak with Haukland based on her statements about Høiby, but did not provide further comments on the matter. Haukland’s attorney, John Christian Elden, confirmed that she received a summons for questioning and stated they are still unclear about what the police wish to discuss, but she will cooperate fully. He added that she has not filed any complaint.
Elden mentioned this chapter of Haukland’s life is behind her, indicating she has moved on. He noted that her reaction was spontaneous after hearing Høiby’s explanation, prompting her to share her own story.
Marius Borg Høiby, the son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit, is facing charges for bodily harm and vandalism related to an incident at a residence in Frogner, Oslo, in the early hours of August 4. Høiby admitted to committing violence against his ex-girlfriend during a state of intoxication from alcohol and cocaine, as confirmed in his statement.
Reports indicate that the alleged incident involved Høiby causing harm to the woman and damaging property at her apartment. The charges against him remain unchanged, according to police statements. Høiby declined to participate in interviews or respond to inquiries regarding the situation.
