Escaped patient returns to Kuopio hospital grounds

A man who escaped from Niuvanniemi forensic psychiatric hospital in Kuopio on Friday evening has been found, Yle reports.

Police said overnight that the man had returned to the hospital grounds on his own. Several police patrols had been searching for him.

Police had warned people not to approach him because he could be dangerous.
