Man dies after shooting as Bagarmossen residents voice fear

A man in his 20s has died after a shooting in Bagarmossen, where residents have spoken of their fears, Swedish broadcaster SVT reports.

Police received an alert about the shooting shortly before 5pm on Friday. Later that evening, authorities confirmed the man had died.

“I’m shaking,” resident Patricia Segage said. She described Bagarmossen as having been calm, despite what people might think of the area, but said she was worried. “You never know when a bullet will come whistling past. It has no name,” she said.
